Francois Joseph Gauthier has been charged with first degree murder in
the death of Brothers Keepers gangster Harb Dhaliwal
Francois Joseph Gauthier is
the 51-year-old man who has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 31-year-old Brothers Keepers gangster Harb Dhaliwal. The police also found a loaded weapon, on Francois Joseph Gauthier, which caused them to hit him with another charge, possession of a loaded gun.
Harb Dhaliwal was killed around 8:30PM, on April 17, 2021, in Coal Harbour in front of Cardero’s restaurant.

It was reported that a person in Harb Dhaliwal’s entourage chased after the suspected shooter and then stabbed him in the eye.
Francois Joseph Gauthier is most likely saying that he didn’t do none of the above and that he has a right to have a loaded gun. Francois Joseph Gauthier’s criminal record is clean, in British Columbia at least, and his family told the Vancouver Sun that he is a victim of being “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”
The problem Francois Joseph Gauthier has is that he was stabbed in the eye not long after Harb Dhaliwal was shot to death on a busy street, in front of Cardero’s restaurant, in Coal Harbour where crime is as foreign as civility is on the streets of Chicago.
“The wrong place the wrong time,” unh-unh. But the right place and the right time to do his crime, mm-hmm.
Dude is in a lot of trouble and I predict that tomorrow, during his court hearing, the judge denies him bail.
